Our client is a leading regulatory consulting firm with a strong supportive company culture reputation on the east coast of Australia, who is expanding its footprint in Queensland. They’re searching for an experienced Senior Building Surveyor to take charge of major commercial projects, manage key client relationships, and contribute to the growth of their thriving Brisbane team.
What You’ll Do:
You’ll step into a pivotal role, leading the delivery of BCA assessments and regulatory advice across a wide range of sectors, including education, industrial, fit-outs, and high-rise developments. As part of a growing team, you’ll manage critical clients, mentor cadets, and drive business development initiatives — all with the autonomy to shape and grow the Queensland branch.
What You Bring:
✅ Level 1 Unrestricted Accreditation (or actively working towards it)
✅ 4-5+ years of experience in building surveying or regulatory consulting
✅ Strong knowledge of BCA compliance and a knack for managing complex projects
✅ Proven ability to build lasting client relationships with a solutions-focused approach
✅ Leadership skills to mentor junior staff and contribute to team growth
