Our client is a leading civil infrastructure construction company committed to delivering complex projects in the infrastructure, marine, and renewables markets.

They have a reputation for tackling some of the region's most challenging and impactful projects, including wharf remediation and solar farms, utilising cutting-edge technology and innovative construction solutions.

Our client is seeking a seasoned Senior Project Engineer to join their dynamic team and lead the successful delivery of a $100M+ marine infrastructure project.

About You
You are an experienced Senior Project Engineer with a strong background in marine and civil engineering infrastructure delivery. Your technical expertise and commercial acumen will be critical in ensuring project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and manage the project to meet strict timelines while mitigating commercial, safety, quality, and environmental risks.
• Oversee client and stakeholder engagement, ensuring transparent updates and efficient communication.
• Lead, mentor, and support team members to achieve high standards in project delivery.
• Drive the project from inception through to demobilisation, ensuring alignment with contractual and operational objectives.

Ideal Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience delivering complex marine or structural projects in a Tier 1 or similar environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders and drive project outcomes effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to manage risk and adhere to stringent project timelines.
