As an Operations Co-Ordinator, your responsibilities will include…

• Lead the day-to-day management of the forum, ensuring delivery of agreed priorities
• Implement group decisions through clear work plans, monitoring progress and reporting
• Line manages staff, overseeing workloads, welfare, performance and HR processes
• Act as the main contact for HR and payroll, coordinating contracts and absence
• Prepare reports, maintain records and support funding monitoring and governance
• Coordinate volunteers, meetings events and engagement activities to support delivery

We are looking for an Operations Co-Ordinator with the following skills and experience…

• Experience managing or coordinating staff and teams
• Experience delivering services in community, voluntary, public and health settings
• Previous experience supporting boards, committees or steering groups
• Experience managing HR processes and competing priorities
• Strong leadership, organisation and communication skills
• Understanding of SEND, co-production and Parent Carer Forum working

In return, the successful Operations Co-Ordinator will receive a salary of £28,800 (FTE £36,000), plus the following benefits…
