As an Account Manager, your responsibilities will include…
- Build and maintain strong client relationships across all levels of customer organisations
- Manage client reviews, follow-ups and account activities to ensure ongoing success
- Maintain accurate client records, technology roadmaps and equipment lifecycle info
- Identify opportunities to enhance services, reduce risk and support renewals and licencing
- Coordinate with technical teams and suppliers to deliver effective client solutions
- Drive client satisfaction through clear communication, project support and cyber security
We are looking for an Account Manager with the following skills and experience… - Previous experience in account management, customer service or other client facing roles
- Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail and professionalism
- Confident relationship builder with a customer-focused approach to service delivery
- Highly organised, proactive and effective at managing priorities and follow-ups
- Commercially aware with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to add value
- Adaptable team player committed to learning, accountability and continuous improvement
In return, the successful Account Manager will receive a salary of £30,000 - £35,000, plus the following benefits… - Annual bonus
