As an Accounts Assistant, your responsibilities will include…

• Processing completion statements accurately
• Paying suppliers and assisting with payment processing
• Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation
• Inputting financial data onto internal systems
• Chasing outstanding invoices and payments and taking and processing card payments
• Setting and monitoring payment dates

  
We are looking for an Accounts Assistant with the following skills and experience…

• Previous accounts or finance administration experience
• Strong numerical and organisational skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Reliable and proactive, with a strong work ethic
• Confident communication skills

  
In return, the successful Accounts Assistant will receive a salary of £24,000-£29,000 (pro-rata’d), plus the following benefits…

• Flexible working hours – 30 hours a week (Mon-Thurs or school hours available)
• Christmas shutdown and work events
• 20 days holiday plus bank holidays (pro-rata)
