As an IT Manager, your responsibilities will include…

• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure to ensure reliability and performance.
• Install, configure and support servers, client devices, networks, and wireless systems.
• Manage IT security, including user access, backups, cybersecurity, and data protection.
• Provide end-user support, including user admin and hardware/software troubleshooting.
• Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and systems to support secure operations.
• Plan and deliver IT upgrades, hardware lifecycle management, and continuous improvements.

We are looking for an IT Manager with the following skills and experience…

• 2–5 years' experience supporting enterprise IT infrastructure, systems, and operations.
• Experience in Windows Server, Microsoft Hyper-V, infrastructure, and systems administration
• Experience in network infrastructure, firewalls, VPNs, routing, switching, and security.
• Knowledge of storage, backup, disaster recovery, databases, VoIP, and IT performance
• Excellent communication, with the ability to support users of all technical abilities
• Proficient in troubleshooting hardware, software, virtualisation, networking, and cybersecurity

In return, the successful IT Manager will receive a salary of £40,000 - £45,000, plus the following benefits…
