As an Administrator, your responsibilities will include…

• Managing new enquiries from initial receipt through to quotation creation
• Preparing detailed quotation packs using project manager scopes of work
• Creating and maintaining accurate records within the internal management system
• Converting successful quotations into live jobs for the service team
• Monitoring quotation progress and following internal processes to meet service deadlines
• Communicating professionally with customers to provide updates and resolve queries

We are looking for an Administrator with the following skills and experience…

• Strong administration experience within a busy, fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service skills with a confident and professional telephone manner
• Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe PDF editing skills
• Knowledge of maintenance, contractors, or project-based environments is beneficial
• Previous quotations or service administration experience is advantageous
• A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to get stuck in and support the wider team

In return, the successful Administrator will receive a salary of £30,000 - £35,000, plus the following benefits…
