As a Bookkeeper, your responsibilities will include…

• Processing purchase ledger invoices across a range of clients
• Matching supplier payments and keeping the ledger reconciled
• Completing bank reconciliations
• Preparing and submitting VAT returns
• Maintaining accurate financial records and keep client books tidy
• Liaising with clients to chase records and resolve queries
• Supporting the wider team with day-to-day bookkeeper duties

We are looking for a Bookkeeper with the following skills and experience…

• Ideally 5 years’ experience in a bookkeeping role or similar
• Some experience working within an accountancy practice
• Payroll knowledge is preferable including PAYE process
• AAT qualified (Level 3 or 4) or qualified by experience (QBE)
• Confident managing purchase ledger, reconciliations and VAT returns
• High energy, positive, personable with great customer service
• Driven, super organised with excellent time management skills

  
In return, the successful Bookkeeper will receive a salary of £30,000 to £35,000, plus the following benefits…
