As a Business Development Manager your responsibilities will include:

• Develop and execute a UK territory plan, using outbound calls to drive sustainable growth
• Use a CRM to generate new business and grow your contact base
• Build long-term customer partnerships and maximise account growth
• Work with Internal Sales to generate & convert ops within the Life Sciences industry
• Present BioPharma Dynamics’ products, capabilities and value proposition
• Act as a valued commercial partner, delivering excellent customer service

  
We are looking for a Business Development Manager with the following skills and experience:

• Three years’ field-based B2B sales or Business Development Manager experience
• Strong solution-selling skills, with the ability to spot cross-sell and upsell opportunities
• Passion for building lasting customer relationships and delivering excellent service
• Proactive, resilient and ambitious approach
• Self-motivated and organised, able to manage your territory and priorities
• Excellent communication, influencing and presentation skills

  
In return, the successful Business Development Manager will receive a salary of up to £65,000 plus the following benefits…
