As a Chef de Partie your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and cooking dishes in your section to consistently high culinary standards
• Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef with daily kitchen operations whilst supporting and mentoring the junior kitchen team members
• Monitoring stock levels and supporting effective stock rotation
• Minimising food waste through careful preparation and portion control
• Demonstrating strong knife skills and sound culinary techniques
• Working efficiently under pressure during busy service periods

  
We are looking for a Chef de Partie with the following skills and experience:

• 1–2 years’ experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role
• Around 4 years’ experience working within professional kitchens
• Strong knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety standards
• Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure
• Positive attitude and willingness to support the wider team
• Passion for fresh food, quality ingredients, and high standards
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and varied shift patterns
