As a Team Leader, your responsibilities will include…

• Lead and support a team delivering responsive high-quality advocacy services
• Build & maintain strong relationships with internal teams, external partners and stakeholders
• Ensure individuals receive person-centred support from their first contact to the delivery
• Manage team performance, provide regular feedback, support and development
• Provide coaching, guidance and supervision to help team members develop their skills
• Maintain a calm, proactive and solutions-focused approach in a fast-paced environment

We are looking for a Team Leader with the following skills and experience…

• Experience in advocacy, advice services, social care, mental health services or similar
• Previous experience leading, supervising or managing a team
• Confidence in managing performance issues and providing constructive feedback
• A genuine passion for advocacy and empowering people to have their voices heard
• Strong communication and an ability to explain complex information clearly and confidently
• A proactive and curious mindset, with a genuine interest in learning and improvement

In return, the successful Team Leader will receive a salary of £29,800, plus the following benefits…

• 25 days annual leave entitlement + bank holidays
