As a Service Manager, your responsibilities will include…
- Lead the operational delivery of the service
- Ensure contract performance, quality standards, and outcomes are achieved
- Monitor, analyse, and report on performance and KPIs
- Develop and deliver service improvement and operational development plans
- Manage budgets, resources, systems, and operational processes
- Lead, support, and develop staff, volunteers, and students
We are looking for a Service Manager with the following skills and experience… - Experience managing services, teams and operational performance
- Any experience/background in charity or voluntary work is ideal but not essential
- Full driving licence and willingness to travel across Staffordshire/ Preston
- Strong communication, leadership and people management skills
- Ability to analyse performance data and produce reports
- Committed to safeguarding, personal development and continuous service improvements
In return, the successful Service Manager will receive a salary of £35,320, plus the following benefits… - 25 days annual leave entitlement + bank holidays
- Birthday off
