As a Business Development Manager, your responsibilities will include…
- Building relationships with organisations, partners and decision-makers across the region
- Creating new business opportunities through networking, outreach and referrals
- Attending events, meetings and industry conversations to represent the business
- Managing the commercial process from first conversation through to onboarding
- Building long-term relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals
- Working closely with founders on growth ideas, partnerships and commercial strategy
We are looking for a Business Development Manager with the following skills and experience… - 3 years’ experience in business development, partnerships, sales or account management
- Preferably someone who has sold a service rather than a product
- Understands how to balance people skills with commercial awareness
- Confident building relationships and starting conversations
- Wants autonomy and the chance to make a visible impact
- Care about doing business properly and building long term trust
