As a Sales Team Leader your responsibilities will include:
  

• Lead and deliver business generation in line with sales, marketing, and wider company goals
• Convert marketing led demand, partnerships & outbound activity into a high-quality sales pipeline
• Turn marketing‑led demand and partnerships into a strong, consistent sales pipeline
• Champion cross selling and multi service solutions that deliver greater long term client value
• Lead & develop a team of Executives against clear expectations & targets
• Embed a high performance, ethical and consultative sales culture

  
We are looking for a Sales Team Leader with the following skills and experience:

• Proven experience in a senior business generation, sales leadership or commercial role within energy, utilities, sustainability or consultancy
• Track record of leading and developing successful sales or business development teams
• Strong expertise in energy procurement, net zero, carbon, compliance & bureau services
• Experience managing complex B2B sales cycles and senior stakeholder relationship
• Commercially astute with strong pipeline, forecasting and performance management skills
• Experience working closely with marketing in an integrated sales and marketing model

  
  
In return, the successful Sales Team Leader will receive a salary of up to £50,000 with an OTE of up to £90,000 plus benefits…
