As a Customer Service Team Leader, your responsibilities will include…

• Delivering a first-class customer experience across phone and email
• Handling customer enquiries, order updates and issue resolution
• Maintaining accurate customer records and updating internal systems
• Supporting the Customer Care Manager with daily coordination and workflow
• Stepping in to help oversee the team during absence or busy periods
• Helping ensure processes are followed consistently and identifying areas for improvement

  
We are looking for a Customer Service Team Leader with the following skills and experience…

• Solid experience in customer care or customer service
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong organisation, attention to detail and ability to multitask
• A calm, friendly and professional approach
• Experience supporting colleagues or taking on informal responsibility
• Confident in using Microsoft tools and use of CRM/ERP systems.

  
In return, the successful Customer Service Team Leader  will receive a salary of £27,000 - £32,000, plus the following benefits…
