We’re looking for a Junior Account Manager to join a fantastic team that blends decades of experience with a modern and flexible approach.
  
You’ll play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations, helping clients, and ensuring everything behind the scenes runs like clockwork.

As a Junior Account Manager, your responsibilities will include…

• Manage all client enquiries related to orders, ensuring they’re processed accurately and on time
• Respond to client mailbox enquiries within SLA
• Cover administrative tasks for warehouse and production admin roles
• Provide support in responding to client cost queries and ensure cost information provided is accurate
• Handle general administrative requests, such as organising meetings/ maintaining client records
• Create and document client briefs, ensure all necessary details are clearly communicated

  
We are looking for a Junior Account Manager with the following skills and experience…

• Some experience in a sales administrative/ customer service position is preferred
• Excellent communication, relationship & rapport building skills
• Solid computer skills, MS office suite (Excel) & IT systems
• Attention to detail and high standards for quality control
• Happy to work in a small and quieter team, often independently
• Passionate and driven approach to work, self-motivated with a proactive attitude
