As a Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include…
- Support the management of a portfolio of existing customer accounts
- Being the main point of contact for customers, handling queries and requests
- Build positive, professional relationships with clients
- Ensure customers receive a high standard of service
- Resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating when required
- Coordinate with internal team’s and assist with onboarding new customers
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative with the following skills and experience… - At least 1–2 years in sales, customer service or account support
- A strong team player with great communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with customers and clients, building relationships
- Ambitious with the desire to learn more, progress, and develop with the company
- Resilient and open to feedback with confidence speaking to customers via phone and email
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office
In return, the successful Customer Service Representative will receive a salary of £25,000 - £30,000, plus the following benefits… - 22 days holiday plus bank holidays with the chance to earn more days up to 25 days
