As a Sales Advisor, your responsibilities will include…

• Managing and converting a high volume of inbound phone, email, and live chat enquiries, ensuring each customer receives a timely and solution-focused response
• Utilise technology to ensure sales and account management expectations are met.
• Cross-sell and upsell products when it’s appropriate to increase sales.
• Support the business by covering Sales Manager responsibilities during periods of absence.
• Converting outbound opportunities into confirmed sales
• Liaising with the dispatch team to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

We are looking for a Sales Advisor with the following skills and experience…

• Previous sales experience is desirable but not essential with the right attitude
• Confident communicator who builds rapport quickly with customers
• Excellent relationship building and client facing skills
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• A proven ability to convert leads into sales is preferred
• Driven by results and relationships and the ambition to succeed

In return, the successful Sales Advisor will receive a salary of £30,000 - £35,000, plus up to £50,000 OTE, plus the following benefits…
