As a HR Manager, your responsibilities will include…
- Conducting and supporting 1:1s, appraisals, and performance review processes
- Promoting and embedding company values across all teams and departments
- Monitoring staff wellbeing and promoting a positive, inclusive work culture
- Collaborating closely with department managers to address people-related matters
- Organising and maintaining HR records, contracts, and personnel documentation
- Managing initial employee training, including GDPR/Health & Safety/ company induction
We are looking for a HR Manager with the following skills and experience… - Proven experience in a HR role, with at least 1 years’ experience
- Discretion and professionalism when dealing with sensitive or confidential information
- Ideally CIPD qualified or equivalent, though practical experience and maturity are valued most
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively alongside department managers
- Sound judgment and confidence to take initiative and create practical HR solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage at all levels
In return, the successful HR Manager will receive a salary of £30,000 - £35,000, plus the following benefits… - 28 days holiday including bank holidays
