We’re looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join an amazing company that support people in the property industry with tech, who looks after their team, as well as their customers!
As a Customer Service Advisor, your responsibilities will include…
- Resolving queries with empathy and precision via phone, email, web chat etc
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure every client receives a seamless service
- Handling complex issues and customer complaints with confidence
- Managing client data and internal systems to keep records clean, clear, and compliant
- Deliver first class support and help to retain and grow the company client base
- Spotting process improvement opportunities/sharing ideas to improve the way we work
We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor with the following skills and experience… - Highly organised, detail-orientated and efficient at managing a busy workload
- Confident with digital tools e.g. Google Workspace/CRM/Excel & quick to pick up systems
- Great communication and a natural ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
- Collaborative mindset, true team member, happy to share ideas and take initiative
- Experience delivering training, navigating complex customer service systems is preferred
- Ability to handle inbound queries and complaints with professionalism and empathy
In return, the successful Customer Service Advisor will receive a salary of £24,000 - £27,000, plus the following benefits… - Private healthcare and pension plan
