As an Account Manager, your responsibilities will include…
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients
- Act as the primary liaison for all partner members across the UK
- Manage partner accounts, including contracts/memberships/key delivery milestones
- Converting warm leads, with some new business generation
- Attend networking events as necessary
We are looking for an Account Manager with the following skills and experience… - Ideally 5 years’ experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset
- Interest in and ability to nurture/expand accounts and bring on new ones
- Experience managing contracts, delivery schedules, or partnership agreements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of the construction, infrastructure, skills, or local government landscape is a bonus
In return, the successful Account Manager will receive a salary of £25,000 to £27,000 Pro Rata (24 hours per week), plus the following benefits… - 24 days holiday plus bank holidays (pro rata)
