As a Business Development Manager, your roles and responsibilities will include…

• Establishing new customers and suppliers using various methods of communication
• Identify and develop new customer and supplier accounts across the UK and Europe
• Grow and manage existing customer & supplier relationships once established
• Meeting weekly, monthly, annual sales targets
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to optimise profitability
• Monitor market trends, prices, and demand to inform trading decisions

  
We’re looking for a Business Development Manager with the following skills and experience…

• A few years of solid B2B sales experience would be beneficial
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify profitable opportunities
• The ability to work to and smash KPI’s and thrive in a targeted environment
• A flair for communication with excellent relationship building and client facing skills
• Hungry, talented, willing to learn and driven to lean into a challenging environment
• Other languages (especially European) and knowledge of meat industry advantageous

  
In return, the successful Business Development Manager will receive a basic salary of £35,000 to £40,000 + OTE £50,000 - £60,000, and the following benefits…
