As a Trainee Sales Advisor, your responsibilities will include…

• Supporting sales activities for allocated developments and much more
• Undertake the training program to become a top tier sales advisor
• Booking appointments, meeting clients & showing them around show homes
• Dealing with the reservation process and completions
• Working cohesively with other departments across the company
• Maintaining the customer hub and show homes on the development

We are looking for a Trainee Sales Advisor with the following skills and experience…

• Experience within property or customer service advantageous
• Strong customer service focus, and rapport/relationship building skills
• Able to build relationships across functions, internally and externally
• Minimum of 5 GCSE's A-C or above is preferred
• Full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle is required
• A good understanding of Microsoft packages, including Excel and Word

In return, the successful Trainee Sales Advisor will receive a basic salary of up to £23,000 with an OTE of £30,000, plus the following benefits…
