As a Service Desk Manager, your responsibilities will include…

• Act as the primary contact for client technical issues & escalations
• Conduct Service Reviews, identify areas for improvement & implement new processes
• Own/execute the Service Delivery Plan and Identify and mitigate risks
• Evaluate, test, and roll out new technologies/services across the client base
• Manage client expectations to ensure consistent service delivery
• Lead, mentor, and support the team whilst tracking KPIs performance metrics

We are looking for a Service Desk Manager with the following skills and experience…

• Ideally two years’ experience as a Service Desk Manager or similar role
• Experience working for an MSP or IT Service Business is preferred
• Management & leadership experience with advanced IT skills
• Experience using a ticketing system and managing ticket flow, prioritisation and SLA’s
• IT Certifications such as MCP, MCSA or MCSE, ITIL, ITSM, Prince2 advantageous
• Full UK Driving License with access to a vehicle

In return, the successful Service Desk Manager will receive a salary of £40,000 to £45,000, plus the following benefits…
