As a Repairs Planner, your responsibilities will include…
• Acting as the main point of contact, providing updates and resolving any queries
• Reviewing and verifying asbestos reports before work commences
• Communicating daily with onsite operatives to track progress and timelines
• Planning and allocating jobs efficiently, ensuring smooth workflow
• Confirming all work is completed, updating the portal and officially closing jobs
• Addressing any on-site problems that may arise, ensuring minimal disruptions
We are looking for a Repairs Planner with the following skills and experience…
• Ideally 4 years of relevant experience (flexible for the right candidate)
• Experience in residential repairs/maintenance/social housing is advantageous
• Knowledge of fire stopping or fire door repairs is highly desirable
• Understanding of fire safety regulations is a strong advantage
• Quick learner and eager to develop fire safety expertise
• Impeccable organisation skills
