As a Personal Assistant your responsibilities will include:

• Provide professional, efficient, administrative and secretarial support to the board and SLT
• Responsible for organising, running and recording a variety of meetings
• Managing records and correspondence to keep everything accurate and accessible
• Helping to drive strategic projects, making sure they’re on time and in the right format
• Providing excellent customer service and engagement with external stakeholders
• Support with ad hoc administrative tasks such as managing shared inboxes, answering calls, and processing orders

We are looking for a Personal Assistant with the following skills and experience:

• Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or Office Manager
• High attention to detail to ensure papers and minutes are of the highest quality
• Demonstrated ability to handle a wide range of administrative tasks efficiently
• An exceptional communicator - confident in working with senior leaders and stakeholders
• Proactive, professional and always delivering a high-quality service
• Experience working with CRM systems, ideally HubSpot

  
In return, the successful Personal Assistant will receive a salary of £28,000 - £30,000 plus benefits…
