As a Commercial Manager your roles and responsibilities will include…
• Managing & negotiating contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Ensuring all contractual obligations are clearly defined/met
• Managing project finances, monitoring costs, and controlling expenditures
• Identifying/mitigating commercial and contractual risks and optimising financial strategies
• Ensuring insurance and legal documentation are in place to protect the company
• Managing the procurement process, sourcing materials/equipment and negotiating contracts
• Ensuring compliance with legislation, policies, systems, and procedures

We’re looking for a Commercial Manager with the following skills and experience…

• Ideally 10 years’ experience in a similar position
• Varied experience in terms of construction projects, versatile and flexible
• Ideally managed a team with strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Good leadership skills, earn respect of team, inspire & gain trust
• Degree/qualification in commercial management, quantity surveying, or RICS certification 
• Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
• UK driving licence and access to vehicle

In return, the successful Commercial Manager will earn a salary between £55,000 - £60,000 as well as the following benefits…
