As a Sales Executive, your responsibilities will include…

• Greeting customers with a friendly demeanour and building rapport within moments
• Ensuring all incoming cars undergo a safety check promptly and prepare detailed reports
• Calling customers with results, discussing necessary work with empathy and clarity
• Highlighting risks and presenting solutions confidently to encourage conversions
• Handling inbound calls, delivering competitive quotes and proactively following up
• Contacting customers to confirm the quote and convert the sale

  
We are looking for a Sales Executive with the following skills and experience…

• Ideally 1 year experience in the automotive industry (preferred)
• A proven track record of sales with a shorter/faster cycle
• A natural rapport builder with excellent interpersonal skills
• Sales-driven and confident in asking questions multiple ways to secure necessary work
• Empathetic, understanding and able to convey risks clearly and persuasively
• Knowledgeable about automotive services and comfortable with technical discussions

  
In return, the successful Sales Executive will receive a salary of £33,000 - £38,000 + £5,000 OTE, plus the following benefits…
