We’re looking for an outgoing School Receptionist to join a busy school with an enthusiasm for working with young people!

As a School Receptionist, your roles and responsibilities will include…

• Ensuring reception area remains tidy, and promotional literature is updated
• Operating as the welcoming first point of contact for visitors to the school
• Communicating and corresponding with parents
• Taking and transferring incoming calls
• Twice daily collation of registers and checking for absences & updating databases
• General admin support & maintaining general email accounts

  
We’re looking for a School Receptionist with the following skills and experience…

• Some previous experience as a School Receptionist or similar
• An NQV or equivalent in Administration would be ideal
• Conscientious, reliable and outgoing
• Enthusiasm for working around young people
• Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and strong communication skills
• Good IT skills, with experience in Microsoft Office and databases
