We’re looking for a Customer Service Manager who knows that great service is about more than answering calls.  It’s about leading people, building systems, and creating experiences that customers remember.
In this role you’ll take ownership of customer service, sales support and administration. You’ll lead the team that keeps things moving, from first enquiry through to order fulfilment, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and professionalism at every step.

This is a chance to step up, lead by example, and set the standard for how customer service is delivered.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Managing, mentoring and developing a small but vital customer service team
• Driving excellence across CRM and ERP systems - ensuring accuracy, timeliness and continuous improvement
• Partnering with sales, logistics and leadership to deliver seamless customer experiences
• Spotting opportunities for automation, process improvement and smarter ways of working
• Acting as the escalation point for complex queries or service challenges
