We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Structural Engineer to join our team in an office-based role, focusing on the execution and development of structural designs.

The Role: We are looking for a skilled Structural Engineer to support and execute the design of various structural projects from our Brisbane office. This role is critical in ensuring the successful delivery of our engineering designs, maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in structural engineering, with a focus on executing design tasks under the guidance of senior engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute structural design tasks, ensuring adherence to design specifications and standards.
• Collaborate with senior engineers, project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to develop and refine designs.
• Provide technical support throughout the design phase, including calculations, modelling, and documentation.
• Ensure all designs comply with safety requirements and company policies.
• Identify and assist in resolving design challenges and issues.
• Prepare and review technical documentation, reports, and drawings.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure design requirements are met.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering or a related field.
• 2-6 years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on design execution.
• Strong understanding of structural design principles and methodologies.
• Proven experience in executing design tasks under the supervision of senior engineers.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in relevant engineering software and tools.
