Wave International is a resource development firm with 25+ years of global experience in engineering, project delivery, project and asset management and provides project strategies and solutions across battery minerals, mineral sands, gold, bulk dry commodities, water and more.

With existing projects and confirmed scopes of work ahead, we are seeking an Experienced Planner or Senior Planner to join our Brisbane team. The ideal applicant will have proven competency working on study and execution schedules within Engineering & Resources sectors. 

Skills, experience and accountability will not be limited to: 

• Scheduling, take offs, forecast planning
• Developing, progressing and key input into integrated master schedules
• Working across multiple client deliverables
• Planning resources not limited to capital equipment, labour, bulk material, engineering and fabrication activities
• Establishing and maintaining project cost control with support of cost controller
• Peer review planning scopes and engage with Project Managers on timeline changes and ensure stakeholders are informed of variances
• Seek technical input / advice from Project Managers and Engineers as required
• Support Purchase Order and contract pressure points as required
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, Excel, Power BI and Microsoft Project
• Experienced within a multifaceted Engineering Consultancy, EPC or EPCM engineering firm.

A proactive approach to document control processes, along with Project Management tools and systems is critical to ensure success.
