We're seeking a proactive and organised
Administration Assistant to join our team in a part-time capacity. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start or grow their career in administration. While prior experience is valued, it's not essential as we're looking for someone with a great attitude and willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support across Corporate Services including Finance, People & Culture, and Quality & Safety.
- Manage office supplies, stationery, and consumables — including stock monitoring and ordering.
- Format documents and assist with data entry and processing.
- Greet clients and visitors professionally and assist with meeting room setup.
- Maintain a tidy and professional office environment, including lunchroom upkeep and coordination of office equipment maintenance.
- Support onboarding activities for new employees (e.g. office inductions, desk setup).
- Assist with travel arrangements, event planning, and function coordination.
- Manage PPE and uniform orders.
What We're Looking For: - Strong skills in Microsoft Word and confidence using the full Microsoft Office suite.
- Customer service experience and/or administration experience.
- A team player with great communication skills and attention to detail.
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills.
