Job Title: Business Development Manager
Location: Hanoi
Role Summary:
 This role involves team coordination, project planning, customer engagement, and continuous collaboration with internal and external partners to ensure successful service delivery and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project handling, including assembling specialized teams and preparing final cost calculations.
• Define project scope, develop detailed work plans with timelines, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress to ensure project milestones are met and customer expectations are fulfilled.
• Oversee product testing and functionality checks to ensure quality before delivery.
• Present completed projects to internal stakeholders and gather feedback.
• Engage in client and partner meetings, prepare competitive quotations, and provide logistics consultation.
• Conduct outreach to potential customers via calls, emails, and meetings.
• Submit weekly sales activity and call reports.
• Monitor market rates and competitor offerings, and maintain up-to-date industry analysis.
• Manage secured shipment orders via internal systems and follow up to resolve any arising issues.
• Issue draft billing instructions and ensure all additional charges are communicated to clients.
• Execute additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in project coordination or logistics operations.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Customer-centric approach with attention to detail.
• Proficient in using logistics/order management systems.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• English fluency required; additional languages are a plus.
