Job Title: NVOCC & Forwarding Business Manager – Intra-Asia
Location: Ho Chi Minh City
Department: Freight Logistics & Forwarding
Reporting To: Regional or Country Head
Role Overview:
This role centers on managing shipments beyond core carrier services and requires a strong network in the shipping industry, deep market insight, and a sharp commercial focus.
Core Responsibilities:

• Drive the expansion of our NVOCC and forwarding services across Asia, focusing on non-core carrier movements
• Monitor trade flows, shipper and consignee activity, and competitive pricing across key intra-Asia routes
• Leverage experience in global ocean freight operations to optimize routing and rates
• Apply expert knowledge of logistics and forwarding in the Asian regional market
• Build and nurture relationships with major shipping lines to secure favorable terms
• Explore and convert new business opportunities in the forwarding/NVOCC segment
• Manage an established customer database and grow strategic accounts
• Ensure smooth service delivery, regulatory compliance, and process excellence

Key Qualifications:

• Solid background with international carriers, freight forwarders, or NVOCCs
• In-depth understanding of intra-Asia logistics dynamics and pricing
• Strong industry connections, especially within carrier networks
• Fluent English is essential; proficiency in Russian is highly desirable
• Strategic thinker with proven sales and operational capabilities
