Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Product Owner to shape the product roadmap and release plan.
• Foster a high-performance culture, focusing on technical excellence, collaboration, and accountability.
• Effectively distribute and oversee development tasks among team members.
• Design robust, scalable, and secure architectures, and produce clean, high-quality, maintainable code.
• Oversee development activities, including code reviews, software testing, and debugging.
• Continuously enhance development processes, tools, and methodologies while implementing DevOps best practices.
• Perform other tasks as required by the project.

Requirements:

• 9+ years of professional software development experience.
Demonstrated experience in team leadership, encompassing roles as a manager, top developer, and mentor/coach.
• Extensive knowledge across various technologies and specialization in either backend or frontend development (Python, React.js).
• Background in data processing or ML/AI is highly advantageous.
Proven experience in developing complex enterprise software applications that span Multiple organizations and business units.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (like Docker and Kubernetes).
