Big questions. Real investments. No cookie-cutter days.
Tactical, and project based. Turn open-ended challenges into decisions: frame the problem, build the model, find the story in the data and make a recommendation leaders can act on.
Our client
Our client is a well-established, publicly traded international retailer with a strong financial foundation and a growing presence across multiple markets. Operating more than 45+ retail locations the company combines the stability of an established organization with the energy of a business focused on expansion and innovation. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on major investment decisions, new business opportunities, and long-term growth.
Who We Want
A retail strategist who thinks like a consultant, models like an investment banker and presents like an executive. You understand how a location makes money before you open a spreadsheet.
You thrive when the agenda changes on Tuesday and the answer is due Friday. You bring structure to ambiguity, stay proactive through busy peaks and quiet stretches, and know when one sharp chart says more than twenty slides.

- New business opportunities. Size and screen potential growth initiatives, services and commercial partnerships; recommend where to invest, improve or change course.
- Executive storytelling. Turn complex analysis into clear, convincing presentations and defend your conclusions with confidence.
- Cross-functional influence. Work closely with Finance, Operations, Real Estate and regional teams; lead discussions in English and Spanish to move decisions forward.
