Freight Forwarding Sales Representative

We are seeking a results-driven Freight Forwarding Sales Representative to join an established international logistics company specializing in air and ocean freight, cold chain, temperature-sensitive cargo, and ground transportation.
This is a hunter-focused sales role responsible for generating new business, building client relationships, and delivering customized freight solutions across the West Coast.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and close new B2B accounts within freight forwarding and logistics.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and proposals to closing and account growth.
• Develop customized logistics solutions involving air, ocean, ground transportation, and cold chain services.
• Collaborate with Pricing and Operations to deliver competitive freight solutions.
• Maintain sales pipelines using Salesforce and AI-powered quoting tools.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of B2B sales or business development experience in freight forwarding, air cargo, 3PL, or supply chain services (mandatory).
• Documented sales performance metrics on your resume, including closed revenue, deal counts, and pipeline size (required).
• Knowledge of multimodal freight transportation, including air, ocean, ground, and cold chain logistics.
• Proven ability to prospect, acquire new accounts, and close deals independently.
• Experience with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce, and willingness to use AI-powered quoting tools.
• Must reside within commuting distance of the LAX-area office.
• Fluent English required; Spanish is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
