POSITION OVERVIEW
Employment Type: Permanent, full-time, individual contributor
Target Markets: TX, FL, GA, NC, NY, NJ, CA, MA, PA
Reports To: Director, Enterprise Technology Sales

THE ROLE
Acquire net-new mid-market and enterprise customers across cybersecurity, cloud, managed services, AI-enabled solutions, professional services, and digital infrastructure. Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, build executive relationships, and coordinate technical and delivery resources to develop customer-specific solutions. The focus is net-new revenue, with account expansion where assigned; no supervisory responsibilities.

WHAT THIS ROLE IS — AND IS NOT
This is a hunter role. You will be measured on your ability to originate pipeline, develop new logos, and close complex, multi-solution deals. The ideal candidate sells business outcomes across multiple technology categories in a single motion — not individual products in isolated transactions.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Enterprise New Business Development

• Originate net-new logos and qualified pipeline through executive outreach, industry events, and partner or ecosystem introductions.
• Build named-account and ideal customer profile (ICP)-based territory plans, develop executive relationships, and multi-thread opportunities early.
• Develop targeted account plans and penetration strategies within assigned markets.

Consultative Multi-Technology Selling

• Lead discovery focused on security posture, cloud operating model, operational risk, talent constraints, and transformation roadmap.
• Assemble cybersecurity, cloud, managed services, professional services, connectivity, AI, and infrastructure solutions with technical and delivery teams.
• Deliver business cases, value assessments, and executive presentations; lead commercial strategy through competitive positioning, procurement, and contract execution.

Territory Pipeline and Internal Orchestration

• Maintain a healthy pipeline and forecast with integrity; use MEDDPICC or equivalent qualification in Salesforce with disciplined stage hygiene.
• Brief and lead pre-sales and delivery resources — the seller owns the deal narrative; partner with Marketing, Customer Success, and Leadership.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of quota-carrying B2B solutions sales at an MSP, MSSP, systems integrator, VAR, cloud provider, cybersecurity firm, or IT services company.
• Proven success originating new pipeline, selling multiple technology solutions in a single motion, and owning the full sales cycle through close.
• Executive relationships with CIO, CTO, CISO, IT Directors; consistent, verifiable quota attainment and two to three years of attainment history.
• Experience with pre-sales engineers or solutions architects, services and recurring revenue, Salesforce, sales engagement tools, and MEDDIC/MEDDPICC or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

• Existing CIO, CTO, or CISO relationships; experience in healthcare, insurance, education, manufacturing, financial services, or public sector (SLED).
• Experience with multi-solution providers and U.S.-headquartered companies operating in Latin America or the Caribbean.
• Familiarity with Zero Trust, MDR, SASE, SOCaaS, vulnerability management, endpoint security, Azure, AWS, Microsoft 365, and managed cloud services.

REQUIRED SKILLS

Sales and Professional Skills: Consultative sales, new business, territory planning, executive relationships, proposals, negotiation, forecasting, Salesforce, and collaboration.

Technical Knowledge: Cybersecurity, managed services, cloud, professional services, AI, infrastructure modernization, SD-WAN, SASE, and recurring revenue.

Language Requirements: English required. Spanish proficiency is a meaningful plus.

Certifications: None required. Preferred: MEDDIC, Challenger, AWS, Azure, CompTIA Security+, CCSP/CISSP, Salesforce, or Sandler.

COMPETENCIES

• Adaptability & Self-Discipline: Works independently in a fully remote environment and adjusts effectively to changing priorities.
• Business Acumen & Strategic Thinking: Connects risk, uptime, compliance, cost-to-serve, and time-to-market to business outcomes.
• Executive Presence, Collaboration & Communication: Engages executives and aligns internal teams through clear oral and written communication.
• Initiative, Multi-Tasking & Problem Solving: Manages concurrent opportunities, acts independently, and resolves complex issues.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT

Fully remote, sedentary, computer-based work with periodic travel for customer meetings, industry events, and internal sessions. No extreme physical demands or hazardous conditions.
