Position Overview
ttg Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced Production Lead to support pharmaceutical manufacturing operations in a cGMP-regulated environment.
This position combines hands-on production activities with manufacturing documentation and compliance responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, production equipment, batch records, SOPs, and GMP.
  
Key Responsibilities

• Support batch manufacturing, compounding, filling, and packaging operations.
• Set up, operate, inspect, and clean production equipment according to SOPs.
• Complete and review Batch Records, logbooks, in-process records, cleaning records, and other production documentation.
• Verify raw materials, components, equipment, and production quantities.
• Perform and document in-process checks to ensure product quality and compliance.
• Prepare or support SOPs, deviations, change controls, protocols, qualification documents, and other GMP documentation.
• Ensure manufacturing activities comply with cGMP, GDP, SOPs, and FDA requirements.
• Support equipment checks, calibration records, troubleshooting, and production readiness.
• Work closely with Production, QA, QC, Warehouse, and Maintenance to resolve issues and meet production goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate production or quality issues promptly.

  
Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing in a cGMP-regulated environment.
• Experience with Batch Records, SOPs, cGMP, and GDP.
• Hands-on exposure to manufacturing equipment, filling, packaging, compounding, or production processes.
• Experience with deviations, change controls, qualification documentation, or QMS documentation is highly valued.
• Experience with SAP, QMS, MES, or similar manufacturing systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of inhalation, or respiratory manufacturing is highly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
