Office Administrator

Description
We are seeking an organized and proactive Office Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of one of our clients. This role will coordinate office activities, schedules, communications, records, and meetings. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities and Duties
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate onsite and off-site meetings.
Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Maintain office systems, supplies, and vendor relationships.
Serve as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries.
Draft and distribute internal communications, memos, and notices.
Maintain databases, contact lists, and records while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Support departmental and cross-functional projects by coordinating logistics, tracking progress, and preparing materials.
Provide administrative support for financial-related activities as needed.
Coordinate team meetings, workshops, and special events, including logistics, materials, and follow-up.
Support the administrative team by coordinating schedules, assigning tasks, and providing training when necessary.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
2-4 years of administrative or coordination experience, preferably in a professional or corporate environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, and/or Google Workspace.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Availability to work on-site during standard business hours.
Flexibility for occasional overtime, travel, or off-site meetings and events.
