- Manage the PEO and/or HR vendor relationship, including service delivery, escalations, compliance support, payroll, HRIS, benefits, and renewals.
- Oversee payroll coordination, employee changes, deductions, retro pay, garnishments, year-end support, and payroll-related reconciliation.
- Support benefits administration, annual renewals, employee communication, and vendor coordination.
- Manage compensation programs, salary recommendations, job structure, benchmarking, internal equity, and documentation for compensation decisions.
- Lead mid-year and annual performance review cycles, including timelines, calibration, manager support, documentation, and communication.
- Support organizational design, workforce planning, role clarity, employee engagement, retention, and change management initiatives.
- Develop and deliver HR training for managers and employees, including compliance, documentation, onboarding, and performance management topics.
- Maintain HRIS data integrity, confidential employee files, reporting, org charts, position control, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Track and report HR metrics such as turnover, retention, employee relations trends, time-to-fill, compensation data, and leave/absence activity.
- Partner with leadership on workplace safety, incident response, risk mitigation, data privacy, and confidential HR matters.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field required. Equivalent senior-level HR experience may be considered.
- 8+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, preferably within large, complex organizations.
