Job Description
A leading healthcare organization is seeking a Graphic Designer with a strong focus on graphic design, branding, and digital visual execution.
This role is ideal for a visual-first designer who can lead the creative process from concept to final execution, creating high-impact digital assets with a sleek, premium, and brand-aligned aesthetic. The position is primarily focused on web and digital graphics, with limited support for internal communications.
The designer will act as a brand guardian, translating business needs into compelling visual concepts across digital platforms while using Figma as the main design tool.
  
Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creative process from concept development to final graphic execution.
• Design high-fidelity digital assets for web and mobile platforms.
• Maintain and evolve the brand’s visual identity across digital channels.
• Create web banners, social media assets, campaign graphics, and other digital materials.
• Support internal communications and corporate graphic needs as required.
• Use Figma to build layouts, visual components, and polished digital designs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs are feasible for web implementation.
• Present and defend design concepts based on branding and graphic design principles.

  
Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, digital branding, or related roles.
• Strong background in branding, aesthetics, visual storytelling, and composition.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma is required.
• Adobe Creative Suite proficiency is highly preferred.
• Experience designing for web and mobile environments.
• Ability to create graphic concepts from scratch and adapt them across digital channels.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JS limitations to ensure web-ready designs.
• Intermediate to advanced English level, B2–C1.
• Professional portfolio showcasing branding, premium aesthetics, and strong Figma work.
