P&C Insurance Agency  Coordinator 

Miami, FL (Doral) | On-Site | Full-Time
Salary: $70k – $75K + Quarterly and Annual Bonus Benefits: $500/mo Health Credit | 10 PTO | 5 Personal Days | Federal Holidays paid
  
Out client is seeking a P&C Agency Coordinator to launch and scale a new Property & Casualty line of business. This is a foundational role where you will build the operational framework, create agent support resources, and serve as our internal subject-matter expert. You will directly drive production growth, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide high-level technical support to our agents as the department matures.
  
Responsibilities

• Build & Enable: Develop internal workflows, agent support processes, and training manuals.
• Guide Agents: Serve as the primary point of contact for P&C inquiries, quoting systems, and underwriting.
• Optimize Performance: Track growth metrics and collaborate with carriers to expand product offerings.
• Ensure Compliance: Maintain alignment with state regulations and internal sales standards.

Requirements

• License: Active 220 Insurance License (Required).
• Experience: 3+ years in P&C  insurance (Sales, Underwriting, or Agency Support). CRM Training 
• Bilingual: Fluency in English & Spanish is a must.
• Mindset: A "startup" spirit—you’re comfortable building processes from scratch and translating complex info into simple guidance.
