Finance Manager – Rebates & Commercial Operations

Description
ttg Talent Solutions is partnering with a organization within the healthcare/pharmaceutical industry to identify a Finance Manager with strong experience in rebates, deductions, chargebacks, and commercial financial operations.
This opportunity is ideal for professionals who thrive in analytical, fast-paced environments and have experience supporting rebate processing, financial compliance, accrual analysis, and customer agreement validation.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Analyze and validate rebates, deductions, allowances, and customer claims
• Review pricing structures, financial terms, and contract-related data for accuracy
• Support accrual reporting and reconciliation activities in collaboration with Finance and Accounting teams
• Investigate disputed claims and partner with internal departments to resolve discrepancies
• Monitor aging reports and open deductions to improve processing timelines
• Assist with process improvement initiatives related to rebate operations and reporting
• Prepare financial analysis, reports, and spreadsheets for leadership review
• Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and commercial agreement requirements
• Support audit-related activities and data validation requests

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in rebates, chargebacks, deductions, financial analysis, or commercial finance operations is a must.
• Experience within pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical device, or related industries is required
• Hands-on experience with SAP.
• Strong understanding of customer agreements, pricing structures, and financial reporting
• Advanced Excel and analytical skills required
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
