Cash Management Sales Officer

Location: Miami, FL
Type of Work: On-site
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday through Friday
Type of Contract: Direct Hire (Permanent)

Description
 
We are seeking a results-driven professional to join a leading organization within the banking and financial services industry. This role is responsible for developing and managing relationships with commercial and corporate clients, delivering tailored cash management and treasury solutions, and contributing to business growth.
The ideal candidate is a proactive sales professional with strong financial acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to identify client needs and deliver strategic solutions that enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
 
Responsibilities and Duties

• Identify, develop, and manage relationships with commercial and corporate clients
• Analyze client financial statements to recommend appropriate banking products and services
• Promote and sell cash management and treasury solutions
• Support deposit growth and revenue generation strategies
• Collaborate with internal teams including relationship managers, operations, and technology
• Participate in onboarding processes for new clients
• Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and retention
• Negotiate pricing structures to optimize profitability
• Conduct client visits and business development activities
• Achieve individual and team sales targets

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial banking, financial services, or a related sales role
• Strong understanding of financial statements and basic accounting principles
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
• Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Availability to travel locally and meet with clients
