A growing, multi-entity organization is seeking a CFO to lead a high-impact finance function and support the next phase of operational growth and financial discipline. The company is now ready for a CFO who can help lead its next stage of financial maturity, operational discipline, and strategic growth.
This is a leadership role for a hands-on finance executive who can bring structure, strengthen reporting, improve processes, and serve as a trusted partner to executive leadership. The right person will combine strong technical accounting depth with the ability to lead change across systems, workflows, and team structure.
This opportunity is ideal for a finance leader who enjoys building, fixing, and elevating a function rather than simply maintaining one. Someone who is comfortable going deep into the details when needed. A leader who can balance urgency, structure, and sound judgment
