About the Role
We are hiring an Inbound Inspector to verify and document incoming aircraft parts in a fast-paced aviation inventory environment. Responsibilities include visual inspection, validating part numbers and paperwork, ensuring traceability, and accurate data entry. Prior aviation experience required. Must be detail-oriented and able to lift heavy boxes. Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities
Perform visual inspection of incoming aircraft parts and materials
Verify part numbers, quantities, and physical condition
Validate documentation against purchase and repair orders
Ensure proper traceability and compliance with quality standards
Identify and report discrepancies or non-conformances
Accurately enter and update information in the inventory system
Handle ESD-sensitive materials following safety protocols
Support Quality Assurance with documentation and process improvements
Qualifications & Experience
High school diploma or GED
At least 1 year of experience in an aviation company
Experience processing or inspecting aviation parts
Basic inspection and data entry experience
Familiarity with aircraft part documentation and traceability
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Able to lift heavy boxes
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
