Property & Casualty Sales Representative
Location: LaGrange, GA
Schedule: Full-Time | Onsite

The Property & Casualty Sales Representative works directly with customers to recommend appropriate insurance coverage and provide ongoing policy support. This role blends consultative sales, customer service, and relationship management, with an emphasis on accuracy, retention, and compliance.
Representatives will apply proven sales strategies, meet performance expectations, and consistently deliver a positive customer experience in both in-person and phone-based interactions.
Responsibilities
- Present and sell Property & Casualty insurance products, including auto, home, and commercial policies
- Engage in inbound and outbound customer outreach to identify needs and close sale.
- Provide exceptional customer support by answering billing and payment questions.
- Explaining policy details and coverage options
- Assisting customers throughout the claims process
- Conducting renewal reviews and coverage updates
- Verify customer and policy information accurately to support retention
- Participate in ongoing training to remain current on products, procedures, and state compliance standards
Qualifications - Active Georgia Property & Casualty license (required)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Customer-focused approach with a sales mindset
- Comfortable using computers and handling multiple systems
- Reliable, proactive, and team-oriented
- Detail-oriented with solid problem-solving abilities
- Professional appearance and demeanor
