About the Role We are seeking a hands-on Accountant to support daily accounting operations within a growing company. This role is ideal for an accounting professional with strong QuickBooks and Excel skills who enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
The position focuses on general accounting, reconciliations, reporting, and supporting internal financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting transactions using QuickBooks
• Perform bank and account reconciliations
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Prepare internal financial reports
• Assist with expense tracking and cost monitoring
• Support vendor payments and invoice processing
• Help with payroll-related accounting tasks
• Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets for reporting and analysis
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial data

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounting experience
• Strong experience using QuickBooks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas required)
• Experience with reconciliations and financial reporting
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
